On Siddhartha there was a prophecy: he could become the lord of the world or his redeemer (two paths)

Harry Potter

 

On Harry Potter there was also a prophecy (the confrontation with Voldemort), but the duplicity of the path he could pick occurs in the 1st film, in which the Sorting Hat, who chooses where to direct the students, contemplates that he can be with the House of Slytherin or with the Gryffindor (two paths)
